Kerala by 5Megapixel Camera







 Kerala is an Indian state which is located on the Malabar coast of south-west India. Kerala was created on 1 November 1956 by the States Reorganisation Act by combining various Malayalam speaking regions. The state has an area of 38,863 km and is bordered by Karnataka to the north and northeast, Tamil Nadu to the south and southeast and the Arabian Sea on the west. The city of Thiruvananthapuram is the state capital. Kochi and Kozhikode are other major cities.  Kerala is a popular tourist destination for its backwaters, yoga, Ayurvedic treatments and tropical greenery. (Source-Wiki)

The Six Thinking Hats( Learning)



Six Thinking Hats



The de Bono Hats system (also known as "Six Hats" or "Six Thinking Hats") is a thinking tool for group discussion and individual thinking. Combined with the idea of parallel thinking which is associated with it, it provides a means for groups to think together more effectively, and a means to plan thinking processes in a detailed and cohesive way. The method is attributed to Dr. Edward de Bono and is the subject of his book, Six Thinking Hats  (Source;- Wiki)

Simple Definitions of these color hats.

  • White Hat:-Call for information known or needed.
  • Yellow Hat:-Symbolize positiveness, optimism and brightness.
  • Green Hat:- Focused on new ideas, creativity, the possibilities and the alternatives.
  • Red Hat:- Related with feelings and intuitions.
  • Blue Hat:- Symbolize to the thinking process.
  • Black Hat- Also known as Judgement Hat- its negatively think why process or something is not working.
